After cycling in Goa during Dec 2012, didn't really pedal much due to personal reasons.

Went on a long-ride for 5 hrs with pit-stop of 30 mins.

Started from ICF East Colony went all the way to Sriperumbudur. Usually I take a U-turn at Poonamalle bye-pass this time kept pedaling to test How far I could go? 

Up journey was pleasant, cool and a bit foggy due to early morning. 2 hr
Down journey was hectic, tired, dusty with chaotic monday morning rush hour. 2.5 hr

Avg. Speed: 20 km/hr (approx.)
